AI visibility · Cosmetic & implant dentistry · Raleigh

One Raleigh practice is named in 93% of AI answers about cosmetic dentistry. Fifty-nine others split what's left.

I ran the questions your patients actually ask through ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity in July 2026. Everything on this page is what came back. No sample data.

The shape of it

This is not a ranking. It's a winner and a long tail.

Sixty practices were named at least once. One was named in every query on every engine. The median practice appeared in 6.7% of answer slots — roughly once out of fifteen.

Implants is more open

No practice dominates the way North Ridge does on cosmetic. The leader sits at 60%, and four practices cluster at 33–40%.

A market with no runaway winner is a market where a well-structured site can move quickly. That is the more addressable of the two.

The expensive part

Some practices are buying Google Ads and are still absent from the answer.

I cross-checked the practices AI never named against their own websites for advertising tags. These are businesses already spending to be found, invisible on the channel their patients are increasingly using first.

What the audit returns for you

The market numbers above are public. Yours are specific: your citation rate, the practices taking the answers you lose, the sources the engines read instead of your site, and where in the Triangle you disappear.

Your share of voice

The same 15-slot measurement run on your practice, against the named competitors above.

Visibility by intent stage

Awareness, consideration, decision. Most practices are weakest where the money is closest.

Who the engines cite instead

The directories and review profiles handed to the patient in your place.

Geography across the Triangle

Run per location — Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Morrisville, Garner — because “near me” answers change block to block.
