Every question gets a different list

The relocation question named Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston, Morton Bradbury, Red Bench Realty and Triangle Experts, none of which led the general question. The luxury question named Anne Godwin Luxury Living and Luxe Residential, which barely appear anywhere else. Buyers ask the specific question, and the agent the AI knows for it gets the call.

The most open market I've scanned

The top team holds 46.7% of answers. In Raleigh cosmetic dentistry the leader holds 93.3%. With no runaway winner, an agent with the right reviews, profiles and pages can move into the shortlist faster.

Spending on ads, invisible in the answer

Of the 620 Triangle agents and teams I pulled from Google Maps, 521 were never named. 72 of those carry a Google Ads conversion tag, and the largest has 2,984 Google reviews.
